We welcome you to Lemon Honey Salon. We consider the salon an extension of our home. When you sit in our chair, you become family. This is the start to something new and fresh! We opened our doors May 2019. Lemon Honey Salon is in the process of growing its “hive," welcoming new clients. 

Our stylists are highly educated, professional, and most importantly kind. Lemon Honey Salon believes in providing continuing education to our stylists. We want to always be able to offer our guests new products and knowledge, an innovative atmosphere designed to instill confidence, surpass expectations, and break the mold. We want you to have an amazing hair experience that starts with a consultation. By listening to your hair needs and providing feedback to ensure that guests and stylists are on the same page to create beautiful hair.

When Calling or Texting the salon, What we will need -

1. Your first & last name
2. The number to best reach you via call and or text
3. The best days & times for you (in general) to come in
4. If you are unsure of what services to book, please text the salon a picture of your hair and pictures "hair inspo" of what you would like your hair to look like

If you have booked online, please be sure to add a cut and/or blow-dry to your service if you need one. This will accommodate timing for you.​

Please book ahead, making a hair reservation ensures that you're able to book with your favorite stylist during the days and/or times that's most convenient for your schedule. Asking to be "squeezed in" doesn't allow us as honey makers to do our best work under time constraints. You're also not getting the time and experience you deserve and it takes away time from another guest that did book in advance. Help us, Help you. Everyone wins.

DEPOSITS AND CANCELLATIONS POLICY 

If for any reason you would like to tweak something about your service, please contact Lemon Honey Salon within 7 days of the original service. This is to make a minimal adjustment to your original service for example a treatment, toner, trim, or less than 10 foils. 

There are no refunds on hair services.

Color services considered a color correction are non refundable. These color services have varying results and results can not be guaranteed by my Stylist or the Salon. Our main concern is always the integrity of your hair.

Color services considered a color correction are non refundable. A guest with previously colored hair, or box color that is going lighter, is considered a color correction. These color services have varying results and results can not be guaranteed by a stylist or the Salon. Our main concern is always the integrity of your hair.

Entering and having services rendered at Lemon Honey Salon is completely voluntary. While Lemon Honey Salon is taking all the precautions recommended by the CDC, you are still at risk of exposure to Covid-19.

We have extended our hours and will be open 7 days a week to spread out stylists and guests. 

Employees and guests are required to wear masks in the salon at all times. 

Employees and guests may take their mask off to drink a beverage.

Guests must wear an ear loop, fully enclosed coverage mask, so we can get to your hair. If you don't have one, we can provide one for you.

Employees and guests will not be permitted on the premises if they have COVID-19 symptoms; coughing, fever, or sneezing. We will not be able to provide services and your appointment will be rescheduled.

All equipment will be sanitized throughout the day.

Guests will have touch-less temperature checks upon arrival.

Guests should come alone for their appointment, since we have minimized the waiting area. 

If seating is limited, guests will receive a call or text when they can enter the premises, as you may be waiting in your car or outside of the salon.

APPOINTMENT GUIDELINES AT LEMON HONEY SALON:

Because appointments are limited, we require a $50-$100 deposit for lengthy color services to reserve your appointment. The deposit will go toward your services, unless "no shows" or cancels less than 24 hours.

Deposits are non-refundable. 

We understand that life happens and we always do our best to accommodate our guests. The policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our Honey Makers booked, thus better serving everyone.
